In 2003, Sujatha Rivob founded Dake Solutions in Johannesburg with a single conviction: South African enterprises were making critical decisions on instinct because their data was too fragmented, too slow, or too unreliable to be useful.
Over two decades, we embedded with utilities managing national grids, mining operations tracking billions in procurement, municipalities trying to serve millions of citizens, and financial institutions navigating fraud in real time. Each engagement reinforced the same truth: the gap between having data and using data was costing organizations enormous sums of money and opportunity.
In 2025, we rebranded as Rivob — a name that reflects our expanded AI capability and our commitment to a bolder, more technology-forward consulting identity. The name changed. The mission didn't.
